I am not a dancer. Can I wear these shoes?
Absolutely. Designed for comfort, their outsole is “vero cuoio” (that is, real leather). You can walk in them on the street!
What SIZE should I get?
The conversion from US street shoes to Italian Shoes is easy: 4 (US)=34 (Italian). 5 (US)=35 (Italian). 6 (US) = 36 (Italian). 7 (US)=37 (Italian). 8 (US)=38 (Italian), and so forth so on. Some of the models fit best narrow feet, while others fit best regular feet. All shoes can be made in regular or in wide fit, so you will always have plenty of shoes to choose from. Alagalomi doesn’t make the half sizes. If you are a half size, you may consider ordering the smaller size of the shoes fitting regular feet and the larger size of the skinny fit shoes. Just talk to us, and we will be happy to help you find the best fit.
What's the timing for delivery?
The time range is 1 week to 4 weeks. The delivery time mainly depends on the fact that not all the shoes are in stock at all times and that they may be made upon request. This is the way small manufacturers in Italy and small retailers are able to give you the best quality in a wide spectrum of possible customization. We really appreciate your understanding in this matter, and we will get back to you with info about delivery shortly after your inquiry.
How much is shipping?
Domestic shipping and handling within the forty-height contiguous states is FREE.
Customer is responsible for shipping on returns.
Are returns allowed?
Yes. If the shoes are not absolutely perfect for you, we will exchange them or refund the purchase price. Please read below for the rules that apply:
– The shoes must be unworn and in the same condition they were shipped in. Please note: The protective film covering the outsole must be intact.
– Returns must be made within 14 business days from the date of delivery.
– The customer is responsible for the shipping cost on returns.
– We reserve the right to not accept returns of personalized shoes.
– Returning shoes via USPS Priority Mail, or equivalent, is strongly recommended.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you do not. If you don’t have one, you will be asked to enter your shipping and billing address(es) at the time of checkout. If you do have an account, your saved contact/shipping/billing information will be used by default.
